When it meets:  Second Tuesday of the month except July and August. The June meeting is a nature walk.

Where it meets:  Como Lake United Church, (King Albert Ave. and Marmont St.) in Coquitlam

Membership fee:  Individual $25, $30 Family

Number of members:  About 300

Newsletter:  11 times a year, typically eight pages and packed with information
